Blood Donor Collections Manager (RPN/SANC Registered Professional Nurse)
There are 2 positions, one in Egoli West and the other in Kroonstad
R35 605 per month CTC
A well-known house hold name in the Medical NGO environment is looking to employ a customer service orientated, technical and experienced individual. The purpose of the position is to manage blood procurement and operational efficiencies for the business unit to ensure effective implementation of the business plan. Implement strategic objectives, policies, procedures and best practice in business unit guided by legislation and standards of practice. To keep abreast of development in related fields and implement actions as necessary.
The successful candidate must have:
• Registered Professional Nurse (RPN) NQF 5
• Code 8 Drivers license. (Manual)
• Computer Literacy. (MS Office)
• 2-4 years supervisory and management experience.

Ideal:
• Code 10 Drivers License (PDP).
• Management Certificate or Diploma (NQF 5).
• Meditech knowledge would be an advantage.
• 2-4 years experience in a blood transfusion environment.
• Microsoft computer experience.

Job Specific Requirements:
• Current Registration with SANC.
• Current CPR Certificate.
• Incumbent may be required to drive a company vehicle from time to time as per operational requirements.
• May be required to travel with overnight stays.
• Must be prepared to work overtime, weekends and variable hours within prescribed limits and conditions
• The incumbent will be required to be on his/her feet for lengthy period, to carry loads of up to 14kg and assist with loading and off-loading of vehicles and climb stairs within reason.
