This is a financial operations manager who possesses an entrepreneurial mindset to carry out and oversee the day-to-day operations within the Group.

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Developing financial strategies: You will be responsible for developing financial strategies to help the company achieve its goals. This includes identifying areas where the company can improve financial performance, developing financial models and forecasts, and analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities
Managing financial systems: You will be responsible for managing financial systems, including accounting software and other financial management tools. This includes ensuring that these systems are up-to-date, efficient, and effective
Ensuring compliance
Managing financial risks: You will be responsible for identifying and managing financial risks, such as credit risk and market risk. This includes developing risk management strategies and implementing risk management processes to ensure that the company is protected from financial losses
Leading operational teams: This includes providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure that the team is working effectively and efficiently

Desired Experience & Qualification:
CA(SA)
2 -3 years post articles experience
Open to all, no EE requirements
Previous experience in: Telecommunications, Industrial, IT Services, Manufacturing, Property
