Job Specification

  • Manage projects such as Mystery Shopping and Customer Focus Groups, from briefing suppliers to the purchasing process.
  • Oversee the S-CSI/S-MSI/CCSI reporting.
  • Analyse and prepare presentations for all research and any other projects or initiatives.
  • Co-ordinate the Customers for Life Workshops, from sourcing suppliers to the purchasing process and actually managing the entire event process.
  • Assisting with any other departmental initiatives that may occur from time to time.
  • Handle Dealer queries related to the above topics in a professional manner.
