Graduate Development Programme:

24 months programme which provides you with exposure to the production environment at the BMW S.A plant in Rosslyn (Pretoria) which includes spending time in a specific department within the company.

Minimum Requirements

Requirements:- Only South African citizens are eligible to apply- BSc / B Eng / B Tech Chemical Engineering Degree- Proficiency in MS Office Suite 2007 – Technical understanding of the automotive industry – Sound knowledge and fascination with the BMW Brand- Academic record averaging 60%- Must be highly proficient in English (Verbal and Written) Core Competencies:
