Minimum Requirements:
2 Years experience in similar role in Financial / Retail / Sales environments
Strong retail & client service experience
Grade 12 Preferably relevant tertiary qualification
Successful completion of minimum inhouse entry level requirements
Code 08 driver’s licence

Duties include (but not limited to):
Build, develop and motivate high performing sales team
Drive sales strategies & implementation thereof
Budget control and cost management
Branch balance sheet & profitability growth
Risk analysis and interpretation
