Established company in retail is looking for an experienced, young and ambitious Branch Manager to manage their branch in the East Rand.

As well as a Warehouse Manager (East Rand) and Assistant Warehouse Manager (Pretoria).

Branch Manager– Duties and responsibilities:

• Previous experience in retail/ FMCG/ Furniture major advantage
• Customer services essential and major part of job
• Professional demeanour with customers
• Manage branch entirely (Showroom – Warehouse)
• Manage branch staff
• Communicate effectively with warehouse manager and staff (Oversee entire warehouse)
• Target driven
• Push branch sales
• Investigate in customer queries and deliveries
• Oversee arrange deliveries
• Ensure branch is running smoothly
• Ensure minimum stock loss and damages

Warehouse Manager – Duties and responsibilities:

• Previous experience in retail /warehouse/ furniture a major advantage
• The goods are fast moving
• Warehouse planning- slow movers at back, fast movers in front
• Arranging deliveries, ensure that deliveries and made and following up with clients and drivers/warehouse staff
• Customer service essential and major part of post
• Management of warehouse staff, Dispatch manager and assistant warehouse manager
• Must be able to handle large amounts of pressure and large volumes of work
• Investigations and Problem solving a must
• Stock counts

Working Hours:

Mon- Fri 09h00 – 17h00

Sat 09h00 – 16h00

Sun 10h00 – 14h00

One weekend off a month

Days off during the week

Personal attributes:

• Seeking young dynamics candidates
• Friendly demeanour
• Able to handle high pressure and large volumes of stock movement
• Must be able to speak English and Afrikaans fluently

Education:

• Grade12
• Tertiary in retail/ sales/ marketing/ warehousing advantageous
• MIN 2- 5 years retail management experience in similar roles
• ENGLISH AND AFRIKAANS Language skills NB
• Own transport and valid license
