Brand Operations Associate Manager – Marketing Department

Overall Responsibilities:
- Define vision and key strategies to win and be at the leading edge of In-store in the local market
- Annual landscape and P&G competitive assessment (incl. digital) as input to business reviews
- Profiling of the local consumer segmentation and program creation to reach chosen segments
- Work with brand manager to establish role of consultants, demonstrators, or promoters on the brand
- Fully manage the process of agency selection, staff training, enabling materials such as RTB tools, controls, etc.
- Track & report results and relevant process measures, e.g. staff turnover, etc
