Our client is seeking a skilled and dynamic management couple to fill the roles of a Professional Hunter and Lodge Manager at their premier hunting lodge. This unique opportunity is ideal for a couple with a passion for hunting, exceptional management skills, and a commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience.

Professional Hunter:

• Lead and guide hunting expeditions, ensuring a safe and memorable experience for guests.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of local wildlife, hunting regulations, and best practices.
• Provide expert guidance on hunting techniques, tracking, and shooting.
• Manage and maintain hunting equipment and gear.
• Ensure adherence to all safety and ethical hunting standards.

Lodge Manager:

• Oversee daily lodge operations, including guest services, housekeeping, and food and beverage.
• Coordinate and manage lodge staff, including recruitment, training, and scheduling.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism.
• Manage lodge budgets, inventory, and financial performance.
• Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of lodge facilities and adherence to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hunting and lodge management, ideally within a similar setting.
• Professional hunting certification and deep knowledge of hunting practices and regulations.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience managing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in relevant software and management systems.
• High standards of professionalism and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
