To effectively analyse business needs of clients / stakeholders and to help identify business problems, document work flow, manage and propose solutions to new business ideas, trends and concepts.

• Process architecture and maintenance – process models
• Enterprise Architecture compliance validation
• Facilitate workshops with subject matter expert to define business processes for new / existing business requirements
• Business needs analysis
• Elicitation of business requirements
• Identify, understand and document business and user requirements
• Analyze the impact of new business processes on existing processes
• Identify integration requirements
• Change management
• Identify and support recommendation of business solutions
• Participate / Perform market scans for possible solutions to support business
• Facilitate Proof of Concepts sessions
• Perform solution assessments based on enterprise architecture principles
• Facilitate solution delivery in the business
• Maintenance of the process repository

• Relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage
• Matric
• Microsoft Office including MS Project
• Business Process mapping certificate based on Business Process Mapping Notation standard desirable
• Enterprise Architecture Management certification (TOGAF) desirable

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the use of Visio or similar modeling tools. (CaseWise desirable)
• Minimum of 4 – 5 years’ process modeling experience with exposure to business process mapping or business analysis
• Minimum of 4 – 5 years’ experience in a Financial and/or Insurance environment will be an advantage

• Knowledge of architecture strategy development processes, methodology and process frameworks
• Knowledge of Business operating models, and process chain
• Modeling expertise of processes across management, operational, and supporting process areas
• Ability to facilitate workshops
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders and manage expectations
• Must have good communication, problem solving, planning and organizing, interpersonal, people management skills and business acumen
• Must be able to manage conflict and function effectively in a highly stressful environment
• Code 8 driver’s license
