Minimum Requirements

EDUCATION

Grade 12, plus relevant university diploma/degree (NQF level 5/6)
Recognised project management course as per training module (e.g. MS Project training)
Must be Prince II Certified

 

EXPERIENCE

No less than 3 years experience in project management
Solid understanding of Project Management tools and methodologies
Solid Infrastructure background
Be able to communicate at Executive and Resource Level effectively
Be able to lead and influence a team constructively
Be able to use governance successfully to implement the project
Willing to engage in a contractual capacity for the duration of a defined project
Will need to be able to execute projects within the constraints of Cost, Quality, and Scope

 

Job Specification

I work for the Professional Services Division of Business Connexion – Western Cape, and recruit for consulting requirements that we receive from our outside clients, as well as for internal opportunities within our Project Services teams. I am advertising to attract specialised skills that are specific to our Division’s received requirements. Because of the volatile nature of our business, it serves me well to have skilled resources registered on my database for ease of processing.

Candidates are employed on a consulting basis as one of our company’s Project Consultants, on our payroll, and contracted out to our various clients to work on various projects.

Experienced Infrastructure Project Managers to be responsible for managing the day-to-day running and delivery of IT Infrastructure client projects, is one such requirement.
