Camphill Farm Hermanus is a nonprofit organisation that provides a safe environment in which to live and work for between 80 and 90 intellectually challenged adults, so that they can experience a meaningful and fulfilling life.

Job Title: Assistant House Leader
Job Location: Cape Town

The purpose of the position is to assist house leaders in the running of our group homes.

Responsibilities:

• Physical and social support
• Cook, clean and general household duties
• Shift work, includes sleep-overs

Requirements:

• Compassionate, dependable, responsible
• Ability to work without direct supervision
• Desirable: training or experience in care work
• Must be residing in Hermanus or surrounding area
