The junior/mid account executive’s / project manager primary role is to assist our existing management teams with the day-to-day management and administration of client accounts. You will be exposed to a variety of Brands.

Administrative support and day to day running of accounts, including;
• Complete responsibility for delivering projects within scope, time and budget
• Run medium to large projects without assistance
• Prepare Project related documentation
• Prepare and update project plans
• Plan, track, control and report on projects
• Status updates and minutes of client meetings
• Collation of client-brief information and day-to-day client interactions
• Traffic jobs through the systems, ensuring deadlines are met, content is correct and received on time
• Assist with strategic presentations
• Brief and debrief writing

Job Requirements
• Two years digital agency experience
• Marketing diploma / degree (advantageous)
• Project management diploma
• Knowledge of online technologies
• Knowledge of Social Media

Any short courses in: digital / branding / Marketing /Project Management / Social (advantageous)
