Job Summary:
Our sales agents are required to keep updated with the clients products and services as well as competitor’s products and services

Duties & Responsibilities:
Must have a telecommunication business to business experience.
Must be people engaged transparent and honest
Ability to deliver sales and service targets through a structured approach
Be able to take direction and communication effectively to your reporting manager
Must be able to understand the key elements of data usage, and adherence to maximize sales and targets
Ability to deliver quality and standards as per the campaign requirements
Make every effort to use effective service skills to improve performance
Strive to meet and exceed assigned customer experience and productivity performance goals
Use your exceptional sales ability to help shape customer decisions promoting the value, content and benefits of the client
Handling escalations professionally and aligned to our values
Research and resolve customer concerns and issues in order resolve at first call resolution
Strive to meet Key Performance Indicators at an exceptional level

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Minimum 6 months Sales experience
Outbound sales experience within a contact centre
Previous experience with takeout apps
Computer literacy and the ability to multitask
Clear criminal and credit record
Must be available immediately

Package & Remuneration:
Basic R4500 plus commission/incentives
Full Time Position
Night Shift Allowance
