Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all production activities on the factory floor.
• Lead and coordinate a team of staff in the weapons and land systems division.
• Ensure efficient manufacturing processes and maintain high-quality standards.
• Drive productivity, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering degree (BEng/BSc). or Btech
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a production management role.
• Experience in the arms, defence, or weapons manufacturing industry is highly beneficial.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
