The candidate will be responsible for growing and developing all markets through the implementation of retention marketing campaigns. This includes building new and improving existing workflows and communication to extract maximum customer value by enhancing customer retention, bonus offerings, loyalty offerings, customer conversion, onboarding, reacquisition and global campaigns. Improve communication opt-in during player onboarding, implement a brand cross sell strategy, manage transactional email sends ensuring compliance and brand alignment, improve single to multi depositor rates, use external retargeting and execute failed deposit campaigns.
In addition to implementing new campaigns, constant a/b testing of campaigns to assess effectiveness of campaign will be needed. The candidate will strive to improve overall retention rates and value extraction from the customer base.
- Conceptualizing, developing and implementing of creative & innovative promotions, offers and communications strategies
- Focus on new player conversion to increase first time depositors and ensure onboarding campaigns aid further value extraction
- Customer value management and value extraction via early identification of potential key account clients
- Develop campaign to reactivate lapsed clients
- Driving activity, promotion optimization, customer lifetime value, revenues per visit through automated lifecycle campaigns
- Cross marketing a variety of brands to the existing client base
- Pay attention to deposit acceptance rates and develop alternate strategies to improve acceptance metrics
- Managing and implementing customer value tier principles within the team and across the business, with a strong emphasis on customer analysis and segmentation
- Continuously analysing market competitors to scan for best practises.
- Ensure product enhancements and new features are marketed to existing customers.
- Track and report on the results of campaigns and then incorporate.
- Data mine and identification of niche customers segments
- Incorporate customer personalisation strategies within campaign execution.
- Support other web marketing responsibilities as needed.
- Plan, Co-ordinate and supervise execution of various internal campaigns.
- Quality check deliverables
- Coach and Mentor new and existing team members.
- Delegate tasks and establish delivery timeliness to ensure deadlines are met for all members of the team whilst also generating sustainable and manageable workloads.
- Assist other departments by fulfilling any requests for reports or analysis.
- Monitoring activity on geo level and coming up with strategies to improve activity in any poorly performing geos.
- Tracking and analysing the performance of campaigns to track and modify to achieve optimal results.
- Competitor research – analyse various other white label casinos.
- Optimizing communication strategies for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conducting an in-depth analysis of current campaign reports to provide insights on the necessity for adjustments or termination based on performance metrics.
- Customer Feedback Analysis – Analyse customer feedback, reviews and complaints related to marketing efforts with this feedback I will make data driven recommendations for improvement.
