Job Title: Operations Admin Assistant
Job Location: Johannesburg
Report to: Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist with generating Purchase orders on Pastel and sending to suppliers
• Assist with all printing requirements
• Assist with receiving of orders from suppliers and dispatching of orders to the Chaps sites
• Reconciliation of fleet card slips and filing
• Assist with regular provision of kitchen supplies and stock taking thereof
• Assist with the organisational stationery requirements and distribution of stationery as per staff requests
• Regular stock-take of Stationery and Meds in Store room and office
• Assist with photo copying and distribution of forms required by the Clinics
• Assist with daily trouble shoot of faulty equipment e.g. printers, diathermies
• Preparation of Training Manuals and Arrange Refreshments (tea, coffee, etc from the office)
• Assist with sorting and taking count of Medication and equipment when clinics close
• Assist with any other duties assigned as necessary

Requirements:

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of hands on administrative support experience
• Proficiency in Pastel, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Knowledge of operating standard Office equipment
• Communication skills-written and verbal
• Ability to prioritise projects and strong problem-solving skills
• Organisational skills and attention to detail
