We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team in Cape Town. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for conducting sales with our sales team and achieving  targets and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, preparing sales reports, and maintaining customer records.
• Communicate with customers to answer their queries, provide information about our products, and process sales orders.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Participate in marketing campaigns and events to promote our products and services.

Candidate Requirements:

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
