Role and General Scope

Key responsibilities
The Channel BDM is in charge of promoting Cisco’s Collaboration solutions towards sale’s organizations of partners on the South African market.
You will have to foster new business relationships and develop co-operative sales models and insure Win-Win situations with the targeted companies. You will have to organize an adequate enablement in order to motivate sale’s teams in selling Cisco solutions. Furthermore, you will built a trusted relationship with the key exec of the partners.
In this position, you will be facilitating the success of Cisco sales teams in selling specific products and technologies related to your area of expertise, with measurable sales objectives for the partner you’re supporting.

Education
BAC + 5 in Business/ Engineering school or equivalent

Skills and Experience
5 years + sales experience in the Unified Communication market (hardware and software solutions).
The ideal candidate will be quick to identify opportunities, able to orchestrate virtual teams, strategize engagements and prioritize activities.
