Top graduates have the opportunity to be placed within one of our business units for a yearlong learnership. There is tremendous exposure to be gained as we offer both on the job experience as well as offer the candidates to study through CIMA. Throughout the program the graduates are welcome to apply for any permanent positions that come up that would suit their skill sets and we have had a large amount of success with hiring learners into permanent jobs or onto our Management Associate Program. Learners begin the Placement Analyst Learnership Programme 1st February 2012 and takes in approximately 15-20 students yearly.
Person requirements We are seeking enthusiastic graduates who have a sincere interest in Banking. An analytical mind is key coupled with a dynamic personality. Graduate must be willing to learn and eager to add value. Minimum of an undergraduate degree is required with sounds academics.
Degree requirements Completed undergraduate degree with a solid academic track record. We look at a wide array of disciplines
