Specification
•Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and management of patients and doctors’ complaints
•Human resource management (Kronos, recruitment, staff engagement, performance management)
•Develop effective financial control measures within the nursing department to ensure cost optimization and waste reduction
•Drive and demonstrate visible leadership in respect of company values, operating model and strategy
•Maintain and develop working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
•Ensure adherence to set standards in all nursing departments by conducting regular document and clinical outcome audits
•Manage a team of professionals to ensure all relevant monthly targets/goals are met as well as plan and organise staff training needs to help them meet their professional requirements

Requirements
•B. Cur Education and Administration (NQF Level 7)
•Master’s in nursing qualification an advantage
•Current registration with SANC
•BLS Qualification
•5 years’ experience nursing management level and clinical
•Computer Proficiency
