An exciting opportunity exists in our Marketing, Sales and Distribution team for a Team Leader Settlement, based in Perseverance (Port Elizabeth), reporting to the Operational Accountant.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Supervision of Settlement Clerks and Cashiers
Backup to Settlement Clerks and Cashiers
Supplying daily reports to Depot Controller
Settlement of loads daily as required
Capture information into SAP daily
General Housekeeping
Run daily routines
Ensure that Driver and cash accounts are within Company Policy
Weekend work required over month end and peak seasons
Compile reports as required
Solve Settlement related customer queries
Reconcile and control driver account
Administer sales settlement system
Enforcing settlement policies and procedures
Manage electronic and manual filing system
Action all national and other queries within 48 hours
Provide sales with settlement information and advice
Ensure that all AOD’s are processed

Skills, Experience & Education

Matric and/or prior learning
SAP knowledge & Settlement experience would be advantageous
2 years experience in data capturing
Willingness to work shifts
MS Office
Numerical fluency and accuracy
