We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing PPC activities such as keyword research, best practices Google Ads account setup and/or optimization, writing ad copy, and managing campaigns across all paid social platforms.

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google/Bing Ads
Conduct keyword research and analysis
Write ad copy and manage creative assets
Manage campaigns across all paid social platforms
Analyze data and prepare reports on campaign performance
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in paid media advertising
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Google/Bing Ads and paid social platforms
Proven ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
Experience with data analysis and reporting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
