Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
In this exciting Incident and Services Management Co-Ordinator position, you will be fully responsible for the incident management process for the company and its subsidiaries. Manage the service desk and its users by implementing response plans, incident management and change management to name a few.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 Years in a similar role
UAT Deployment
Incident Management
Change Management
Post Software Implementation knowledge
Telecommunication industry experience

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering is Advantageous
ITILFoundation Certified (V3 or V4)
AWS Foundation Certified
