SUS focuses on providing flexible umbrella fund solutions for employers to offer their employees packaged, flexible retirement saving and risk options. The full investment menu comprises a wide range of portfolios, including smoothed bonus, life stage, single manager and multi-manager investment options.


Key Responsibilities

Maintenance and alignment of all fund and business documentation with approved product specifications i.e. member booklets, slide presentations, brochures, fact sheets, member forms, communication templates, marketing material etc.

Publish and maintain business information and documentation on various websites.

Manage stock levels and distribution of printed marketing material.

Support special communication projects.

Assist in drafting communication publications i.e. consultant newsletters, employer newsletters, internal staff newsletters and various ad hoc communication items.

Drafting and maintenance of business administration communication templates, ensuring a uniform communication message is projected to all stakeholders.

Distribution of electronic communication, using IT supported bulk mailing tools.


Minimum Requirements


Business related post matric studies will be an advantage




A good understanding of the financial services industry is essential

Experience in an employee benefits environment will be advantageous

Excellent written communication skills in English and Afrikaans.

Good proof reading ability.

Advanced computer literacy.

Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
