A telecommunications company in Midrand is looking for a Bespoke Program Manager.

Job Title: Bespoke Program Manager
Location: Midrand

Job Purpose: To provide administrative support to project management, project engineers and project accountants. To maintain neat, orderly, complete legal documents and project files. Be flexible in assisting other team members as needed.

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Needs to plan projects as per the budget set by the business and client.
Required to coordinate with his/her team members to accomplish the projects assigned to him/ her.
Required to monitor the project.
Must supervise the project.
Required to ensure that the project is done as per the set guidelines.
Delivers quality work.
Required to initiate the work and work until it is completed.
Required to discuss the progress of the project with the senior officials as well as the clients.
Required to update all project related info onto the business database (SOC/SNOW/ google drive – [soft copy]/Maintenance CCT listing) on a daily basis
Ensure that the assigned subordinates follow all instructions related to the project within the workflows (Stock allocation/returns/job cards/test results/billing etc)
Desired Experience & Qualification:
Requirements:

Grade 12 certificate
Tertiary qualification in Project Management
3 to 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in telecommunications
Computer literacy

Contract negotiation
Conflict resolution experience
Adaptability
Able to tolerate stress
ITIL or ITSM certifications preferred. PMP certifications required.

Knowledge of related software tools
