With a retail footprint of more than 30 physical and online stores across Africa that provide expert advice, Apple Authorised Repairs, Business, Education, training and technical support for anything and everything Apple.

Within the iStore, our Concierge’s mission is discovering customers’ needs. You will be responsible for greeting customers and ensuring all customers are directed accordingly to receive efficient service.

You need to have:

• Completed Matric
• Sales Experience/Customer Service Experience
• Passionate about our products and assisting customers

The right person for this role is someone with

• Customer Focus, developing great customer relationships and providing the best solutions according to customer needs
• Effective Communication, Clear and impactful communication to address the specific needs of different audiences, using multiple formats and tools
