REQUIREMENTS : A 3 year qualification in Administration and/or a National Diploma in Services Management (NQF level 5) plus the module in Case Flow Management or equivalent qualification; 3-years’ managerial or supervisory experience; A valid driver’s licence; The following will serve as strong recommendations:

DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Co-ordinate and manage the financial and human resources of the office; Co-ordinate, manage risk and security in the court;

Manage strategic, business planning processes, facility, physical resources, information and communication related to courts; compile and analyse court statistics to show performance trends;

Support Case Flow Management at the court; Develop and implement customer service improvement strategies; Manage the projects intended to improve court management; Manage service level agreements and relations with the internal and external stakeholders.
