You’ll be crucial in identifying issues before they impact our users, directly contributing to reducing customer contact ratios through diligent QA processes. Your role involves collaborative work with the development team, implementing A/B testing, and supporting our data-driven approach to optimizing the user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead quality assurance for software updates and feature releases.
• Analyze user interactions to propose improvements.
• Work with development teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
• Support data analysis efforts to inform product decisions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in QA within tech or SaaS environments.
• Proficient in both manual and automated testing.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
