Customer Relations Manager position – Motor Dealership

Based in Pretoria

R20 000 per month + benefits + company car+ incentives (based on company and individual performance)

The employer is a large and successful holding group in the Automotive Sector with reputable Dealerships, within their national network is seeking a dynamic, vibrant and passionate individual for their flagship premium brand Dealership based in PTA.

The incumbent must be customer centric, service driven and able to identify, understand, manage issues, problems and opportunities within the Dealership.

The successful candidate must have:

– Matric
– A marketing or business related diploma would be advantageous
– Sound ability to work with Windows based applications
– Preferably 3 to 5 years experience in a service or customer centred environment
– Proven track record of Project Management
– Availability to work outside of normal working hours (weekends / evenings) as and when the need may arise

Your busy and challenging day will include but not limited to:

– Support the dealership in all aspects of Customer Relations Management, increasing customer loyalty and attracting conquest customers to the dealership
– Ensure compliance with: company and dealership policies and procedures and up-hold the brand values
– Implement and maintain a CRM strategy throughout the dealership. The strategy should be a comprehensive and integrated plan supported by correct organizational structure, processes, technology and measurement criteria
– Manage the maintenance of the dealerships data base
– Public relations duties encompassing the marketing of the dealership as well as co-ordinating and organizing promotional events and functions embarked upon by the dealership from time to time
– Employ various resources (budgets, dealership staff, sales and marketing department, external suppliers and advertising agencies) to facilitate the CRM purpose
– Monitor, analyze and manage the dealerships Customers Satisfaction Index in conjunction with the sales and after sales department in order to ensure that the dealerships score is above national average
– Management of customer relations and ensuring that customers’ needs are primarily focused on
– Identify and manage potential opportunities across the business (Focus Pro+ opportunity pipeline, driver’s circle leads, warranty expiry, current customer database, etc.)
– Developing collaborative relations with all stakeholders
– Reporting of the EE requirements as per company and DOL requirements
– Managements of MERSETA, Skills plans, Discretionary grants and reporting
– Managing and maintaining of the OHSACT system
– Events Management
– Managing and updating the website
– Quality and Admin Management
