Main Purpose of the Job:
To increase our brands market share at point of purchase level by building excellent business relationships at store and ensuring qualitative in-store presence of our brands, by introducing innovations within the set timeframe ensuring maximum visibility and by taking immediate action on Out of Stocks 

Main Accountabilities:

Delivering growth through brilliant in-store execution and strong customer relationships

• Plan the routing in order to maximize time spent at the POS
• Build excellent relationships at Store level
• Ensure good in-store presence of our brands
• Implement the national key account agreements and report on non-compliance
• Check assortment and act on availability of our brands
• Introduce innovations within the set timeframe
• Drive in-store visibility of our brands through displays and point of sale material
• Ensure shelf space in line with Plano grams or fair share
• Negotiate new shelf layouts and flows
• Check and act immediately on Out of Stock
• Control First In First Out & take necessary actions with responsible people at store level
• Sell in promotions and negotiate best available promo locations
• Monitor pricing & ensure application of correct prices at POS
• Feedback on in-store competitor activity
• Manage any budgets allocated to be spent in store
• Gather and provide competitive information to headquarters

Minimum Requirements
Valid drivers licence
2 – 3 years FMCG experience
