Duties / Responsibilities:
- Delivery of excellent customer services internally and externally to ensure that we delight our customers
- Work towards zero defective order entry to eliminate credit notes and claims
- Accurate retrieval and processing of all orders and claims relevant to your allocated customers within the agreed time frame
- Analyzing and resolving all customer complaints and queries in a professional manner within the timelines agreed
- Resolve DHL Backdoor Refusal issues promptly in conjunction with KAM’s to reduce good stock returns
- General administration, compliance and office safety
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications /Experience /Requirements:
- Diploma (Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent) / studying towards a University degree
- FMCG Customer Services experience advantageous but not essential
- Computer literate in MS Office (advanced Excel) and mainframe
- Good understanding of processes and systems
- Able to work under pressure and deliver quick results
- Must be a good communicator (verbal and written) with strong analytical skills
- Must be able to multi task
