The Customer Service Agent role reports directly to the Assistant Manager, in the Operations Environment.
The incumbent of this role is responsible to perform cargo handling functions, customer service, updating systems information in the operations environment, conforming to standard operation procedures
Be able to operate of cargo Handling equipment (Forklifts,tractors,vehicles
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Basic Computer Literacy (MS Word)
Knowledge of the SARS documents and procedures
Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
Customer Services Ordination
Assertive with strong numerical ability
Flexibility to work irregular shifts
Able to work under pressure
Must be prepared to work shifts inclusive of night shifts
Must be in a possession of valid drivers license and forklift license
Prepare to rotate within operations
