Customer Services Co-ordinator
Reports to (Job Title) Supply Chain Manager
Location Corrugated Northdene – Durban, South Africa (Primary)
Job Description
Manage customer orders to ensure lowest cost in Inbound and Outbound Distribution
Manage capacity resources to optimize lead times to customers
Optimize regional capacity resources at lowest cost of transfer
Proactive order tracking and follow up to ensure consistent due date delivery and OTIF
Generate product costing, price updates and quotations for the Sales department
Handle customer queries and order conflict
Manage stock replenishment cycles (recipes) and stock levels
Reconcile and Invoice consignment stock
Manage reservation cycles (recipes) for MTOP clients
Manage reporting for areas of responsibility
Be a sales Data custodian
Manage “Bought in” FG Suppliers
Ice Berg Management; Deal with inventory challenges, i.e., ageing stock, left over stock, part pallets etc.
Capacity reservation/book order
Job Requirements
A Matric Certificate
A tertiary qualification in Sales or Marketing
Minimum 3-5 years hands on experience in Customer Services, Call Centre
Experience in a Corrugated Board Manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
MS Office, CPMS and JDE experience will be an added advantage
Good communication skills
Inter-personal and team interaction skills
Good negotiation skills
Ability to think analytically
Ability to work under pressure with minimal guidance
