Customer Success Content Intern at YOCO 2016

We are looking for a driven individual to support our dynamic team and venture! Our internship programme will expose you to the inner workings of a fast-growing startup, as well as offer the many perks that come with it.

At Yoco, customer experience is at the core of everything we do. It starts with a simple sign up process, which gets our customers up and running quickly through to our great product that just works. All of the teams get involved to ensure that we always deliver a delightful experience to our customers.

As a member of the Customer Success team you will be critical in ensuring our merchants better use our product, access support, and grow and manage their business.

Key activities include:
Creating knowledge bases and guides around Yoco’s products and offerings on our online support portal
Creating blog content, newsletters and support articles

We are looking for a someone who is who passionate about using communication.  You must really enjoy making useful communication for different people, in different situations for different purposes, whether the communication be text, images, videos or be in different channels.
