Key Performance Areas

  • Implement, maintain and measure service level agreements
  • Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Manage performance of the cialler system
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints
  • Handle and assist with debt review processes
  • Follow up and process of insurance claims in a timely manner
  • Liaise with debt collectors and third parties regarding payments
  • Process daily payments, refunds, cash and collection files
  • Process daily suspense account payments and maintaining a reconciliation

Requirements:
Qualification

Matric (Grade 12) Certificate

Experience & Skills

  • At least two years Supervisory experience within a call centre environment (Preferably financial services)
  • Must have good understanding of financial transactions on customer accounts and bank statements
  • Previous IR and performance management experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Strong motivational and leadership abilities is imperative
