Key Performance Areas
- Implement, maintain and measure service level agreements
- Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Manage performance of the cialler system
- Resolve customer queries and complaints
- Handle and assist with debt review processes
- Follow up and process of insurance claims in a timely manner
- Liaise with debt collectors and third parties regarding payments
- Process daily payments, refunds, cash and collection files
- Process daily suspense account payments and maintaining a reconciliation
Requirements:
Qualification
Matric (Grade 12) Certificate
Experience & Skills
- At least two years Supervisory experience within a call centre environment (Preferably financial services)
- Must have good understanding of financial transactions on customer accounts and bank statements
- Previous IR and performance management experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)

- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong administration skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong motivational and leadership abilities is imperative
