Do you have good salesmanship and product/technical knowledge? Do you have the ability to understand the customer’s technical requirements and propose a solution to the technical team? Then you might be our new Sales Engineer within our Danfoss Heating Segment.

What Danfoss offers you
We offer you a platform to act as the eyes and ears of technical marketing and engineering departments. Endowed with business, product and sales expertise, you will be able to identify opportunities in different market segments, provide technical support to our customers and develop a commercial relationship with them. Being the “Voice of the Customer”, you will help the engineering team understand the needs of customers. You will work on sales strategies and contribute to the sales growth of Danfoss Heating Segment.

Your typical day will include

• Developing and implementing profitable growth strategies and business plans for DHS divisions in UAE
• Facilitating sales growth especially via project sales
• Extensive market research and competitor analysis to obtain competitive advantage
• Supporting potential DHS customers and dealers in order to transfer knowledge and marketing experience

What we look for

• Engineering degree specialized in marketing with solid sales and marketing experience in HVAC related field
• Basic marketing knowledge and local market experience and good at handling wholesaler/dealer network
• Ability to translate product features into customer benefits
• Cultural sensitivity – ability to work with customers from different countries
• Possess excellent management as well as organizational skills
• Possess the ability to cope with stress and effectively prioritize tasks
• Must possess effective communication and writing skills
• Creativity: Business development engineers must be able to develop fresh ideas and strategies
