Datacentrix in Cape Town is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to represent our company on various client sites. Preferably candidates must be based in Cape Town and familiar with the surrounding area.The purpose of the role of the Service Delivery Manager to acts as a custodian of relationships both internally within Datacentrix, and externally with and between customer support teams and vendors.

Requirements:

• Matric and relevant IT Related Tertiary Qualification
• Project Management Certification
• ITIL V3/V4 (Foundation)
• Solid IT Service Delivery Management Experience (5 Years+)
