Job Title: Senior Account Manager – IT/Telecoms (JHB Hybrid)
Location: Midrand

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
ENVIRONMENT:

RETAIN and manage client relationships as your strong organisational ability and communication skills as a Senior Account Manager with IT or Telecoms experience being essential is sought by a fast-paced international Telecommunications Service Provider to join its Joburg team. You will also be expected to follow up with clients regarding new business requirements and escalate any issues to stakeholders. The role is hybrid and will require you to be at the client site in Midrand 3 days per week. You will require 3-5+ years’ experience in a Key Account Manager role with experience in IT/Telco or a Software company is essential, and you must have strong Communication skills, be comfortable with Technology and have experience writing reports.

DUTIES:
Retain and manage relationship with the clients.
Escalate any issues to stakeholders.
Follow up with the client regarding new business requirements or updating current business requirements.
Follow up on new client enquiries.
Independently lead meetings with client and internally.

REQUIREMENTS:
3-5+ Years’ experience in a Key Account Manager role with experience in IT, Telco, Software company is essential.
Comfortable with Technology.
Experience writing reports.
Excellent Communication skills is a Must.
Analytical skills.
Attention to detail.
Well presented.
Excellent organisation, and administrative skills.
