Lease negotiations.

Contract lifecycle management & tools.

Briefing of attorneys.

Understanding parties rights and obligations created through legal agreement.

Cost Accounting & Cost Control.

Revenue Assurance.

Reporting.

Experienced Power Bi user.

Desired Experience & Qualification:
B.Comm Accounts / LLB / Para-Legal

Advanced Power Bi

Advanced PowerPoint

Advanced Excel

Minimum 4 Years experiece as a leasing and costing manager / SLA & Vendor Manager

Industry related experience (Telecommunications)
