You will be a member of our dedicated Business Continuity and Resilience Services team specialising in one or more of the following:
1. Crisis management and planning Extensive experienceYou will have experience in designing crisis planning and exercise solutions, including complex simulation scenarios with significant business context. You will be able to operate at senior executive and board levels.
2. Resilience/continuity of business operations Extensive experienceYou will have experience in gathering and interpreting recovery requirements, evaluating strategic continuity options, managing implementation of business continuity solutions, plans, and designing tests You will have significant experience in several of the following areas:

Resilience/continuity of technology Extensive experienceYou will have experience in translating business continuity requirements into an appropriate technology architecture and IT continuity strategy. You will be able to manage the transition plan, establish the test approach and influence decision making at CTO, CIO and board levels. You will have significant experience in several of the following areas:
Developing experienceYou will learn to design resilient or time critical recovery solutions (from application to data centre, including testing plans), to review and critically advise on DR/resilience improvement programmes.
To work in our Business Continuity and Resilience team, you must have excellent verbal and written communications skills and be able to develop relationships and influence client staff and managers at all levels You will have a good degree and demonstrated experience (developing or extensive) in one or more of the areas defined above. You will have experience of engagement planning and delivery to meet client specifications in either IT or Business Continuity programmes within budget and on time.
