Responsibilities Business Relationship Management

  • Work closely with the Directors and Talent Partners in the appropriate Business Units to understand the key focus areas of the business
  • Infiltrate the business
  • Attain a strong understanding of the business processes
  • Implement a profile building processes and act as a central co-ordinator for vacancies in the unit
  • Organizing regular meetings with Business Unit Leaders and Recruitment Team to ensure continual updates within the recruitment process
  • Building key relationships through a variety of means, including giving continual feedback to the business and candidates

Talent Hunting

  • Ability to understand the business well enough to compile appropriate and realistic job specs
  • Thinking out of the box in terms of sourcing top talent
  • Interview candidates in informal and formal interview processes
  • Ensuring all legal and Deloitte requirements associated with a recruitment process are adhered to

Team Interaction

  • Attend weekly meetings with recruitment team
  • Weekly reporting and updating
  • Focus on creating a strong team culture


  • Actively be involved in doing market research on targets to be able to brief directors
  • Be the Brand of Deloitte
  • Focus on ensuring client satisfaction
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Any relevant qualifications
