AUXILIARY SERVICE CLERK: GAUTENG REGIONAL OFFICE
SALARY : R123 738 per annum, Level 05
CENTRE : Pretoria (Head Office)
REQUIREMENTS : A grade 12 or ABET Level 4 qualification with years relevant experience in Management of boardrooms, cleaning, registry services, filling and reporting of minor maintenance services.
Valid Code 8 Drivers License PLUS the following key competencies: Knowledge of: Operate Photostat and fax machineDistribution of mail in surrounding areas. Filling, cleaning, messenger services and minor building repairs
Skills: Operate equipment. Reading & writing Communication: Verbal & non-verbal communication Creativity: Problem solving. Decision making. Planning. Innovative thinking
Provide a document filling and record keeping service
-Provide registry counter services
-Handle outgoing and incoming correspondences
-Render effective filling and record management services
-Operate office machine in relation to registry function
-Process documents for archiving and/disposal Provide driving and messenger services to the department.
Render photocopier services for DoE officials. Render cleaning services
