REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 or equivalent accredited qualification plus appropriate relevant

DUTIES : Ensure the provision of pre-bid services Render adjudication processes Render
post- bid services Render procurement of goods and services Supervise staff

Recommendations: Deep knowledge of wide range of activities such as Batho
Pele Principles, BCEA, PFMA, Knowledge of Public service Act, Understanding of
HRM Practices in Public service, Public service reporting procedures and work
environment, Compilation of reports, Norms and standards, Directives and procedures, Supply chain policies and practices, Supply Chain Management Act Organising skills, Analytical thinking, People management, policy Formulation, conflict management, strategic planning, problem solving, project management,
presentation skills Good interpersonal skills both written & verbal
