SALARY : R183 438 per annum and benefits
CENTRE : Pretoria, Hatfield

REQUIREMENTS : A recognised Bachelor’s Degree or a National Diploma in Office Administration or
Public Administration. 1-2 years experience. Knowledge of processing of petty
cash, filling, order of stationery, record keeping and Microsoft Suite. Knowledge
of Public Finance Management Act, The candidate must have excellent
communications skills (both written and verbal). The candidate must be able to
accept responsibility, produce good quality of work, reliable, initiative, possess
good interpersonal relations, team player, be able to plan, execute, lead,
delegate and empower subordinates.

 

DUTIES : The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Directorate.
Provide logistical support in the stakeholder process within the Directorate.
Procure office supplies for the directorate (stationary, printing, supplies). Provide
office communication support (mailing, processing of payments, taking
messages, minutes, draft memo’s). Manage records in the Directorate in order to
ensure that the Directorate’s functions effectively (filing, archiving, sending
records to registry, distribution of files). Capture and maintain a database of
information in support of the Directorate’s research outputs (any other work of the
Directorate).
