Context
The co-ordination of Key Account resource to deliver on integrated sales driver programs for all of the NGG / Reserve brands is a crucial component of brandhouse’s strategy, as such the Bus Dev Manager will be responsible for resource direction and co-ordination combined with activity development support.
Top accountabilities
Identify and plan for NGG / Reserve brands opportunities capture for a fiscal.
Lead quality initiatives implementation through allocation of resources to KAM’s, and sales teams
Identify persuasion initiative opportunities, prioritise and drive concept development in conjunction with customer needs
Seek, capture and analyse BTL intelligence from customers
Communicate insights, provide input to assist in the development of BTL activity with KA Team
Track and analyse competitor activity, identify counter activity opportunity
Development of consumer databases tools with CATMAN team
Review and build on all activity briefs for NGG / Reserve brands for Off-Trade
Support day-to-day management of NGG / Reserve brands customer business plans through customer interaction and in field visits
Contribute to strategic planning and management processes via the use of internal and external analysis
Regularly update, report and or present information to relevant audiences facilitating decision making at all levels in the business
Actively support forecasting roles via use of trends and analysis of data as a primary input
M&E all sales driver activities with KAM’s
Work closley with Gifting Team on NGG / Reserve Brands
Drive Secondary Whisky & Duty Free Portfolio strategy/agenda with trade marketing colleagues
Required qualifications and experience

Qualifications
Graduate – Preferable
Marketing qualification ideal/preferable
Appropriate language skills: Multilingual
Experience
Minimum 5 yrs work experience – in-outlet, sales, customer interaction/negotiations, PR activities, projects management
Trade marketing
Liquor, CSD, fashion or technology background preferred.
Marketing, Agency and/or Events experience
Appropriate FMCG commercial experience
