The Conversion Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales and conversion related data across Loan Operations products, processes (inbound, outbound and fulfillment) and channels (digital and telephony) in an on-going effort to optimize sales, conversion and customer experience.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Digital sales and conversion experience
• Understanding of digital analytics tools
QUALIFICATIONS
• A Degree, or recognised qualification, in Data Analytics, Marketing, Customer Behaviour or related subjects.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience 5 years relevant experience in the following:
• Data Modeling and Analytics
• Direct / Digital Marketing
• Digital customer fulfillment processes.
• Customer behaviour
• Contact center operations
• Management Information, Analytics and Reporting technology
• Project Management
• Financial Services
Duties & Roles
• Responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales and conversion related data across Loan Operations products, processes (inbound, outbound and fulfillment) and channels (digital and telephony) in an on-going effort to optimize sales, conversion and customer experience.
• Conduct specific analytical studies, develop business process models, customer journey models and track key performance indictors related to these.
• Inform the acquisition (development or purchase) and usage of analytical tools, methodologies and business process models required to optimize sales, conversion and customer experience.
• Responsible for the optimization of customer related fulfillment messaging from a copy and timing perspective across channels.
• Work closely with the content and brand teams to ensure that the content of the messages fits with our brand communication strategy.
• Responsible for building of business cases related to optimization recommendations and will be required to brief other business divisions and act as the business owner for related projects where necessary.
