Graduate Jobs in South Africa

DStv Graduate Programme has been created in direct response to the shortage of ICT skills within the South African work force and offers recruitment opportunities for graduates. We know that there are some super-smart, super-creative, super-funky techno geeks out there just waiting to find the right graduate recruitment opportunities to catapult them into the careers of their dreams in the ICT industry. Are you one of those people? Apply now because this programme is aimed at you!

The programme focuses on recruitment opportunities for graduates studying engineering, IT, or interactive media. Students will get to work across the DStv brands, including DStv Online, DStv Mobile, Business Technology, and Information Technology.

Wanted: Tech Rock Stars. Apply Here!

DStv has created the Graduate Programme in order to actively assist with the relieving the ICT skills shortage (and of course to give you bright young minds the grad recruitment opportunities of a lifetime). Students who are accepted into the programme will work at DStv during their holidays and have the potential of being offered permanent positions after they have graduated.

We’ve taken an exciting two-pronged approach to boosting the industry deficit:

  • We will provide funding for students who show great potential
  • We will provide experiential learning opportunities through graduate placements

The graduate recruitment opportunities are invaluable to both students and the ICT industry itself. The initiative will initially focus on tertiary institutions. However, the longer-term strategy is to identify high potential learners in secondary institutions and help them achieve their dream career in the ICT field.

DStv is the place to work for the rising stars that will be a part of the awesome technological advancements that change the way we live, work and play.

Anybody asking you to pay money to schedule your interview or offer you job may be a scam
