We are looking for an energetic Sales & Implementation Coordinator to join our team at East Coast Radio. The main purpose of the role is to provide general administrative support to Account Executives and Sales Management.

Job Summary:
•Provide administrative support to Account Executives and Management
oCommunicate with AE’s regarding proposals, bookings, order confirmations and missing material
•Liaise with the Mediamark Finance team to ensure effective account management
•Provide superior client service to all ECR clients
oAttend to client queries and provide point of contact and liaison with clients regularly
•Assist in executing the Government CRM Strategy
oProvide assistance to CRM Officer when setting up for presentations and workshops
oMaintain an up-to-date client database
•Assist in the successful hosting and execution of Flight Club
oEnsure all preparation and administration for Flight Club is managed and delivered timeously
oManage all financial administration prior to campaigns
Requirements:
Qualification:
• Minimum Grade 12
Experience & Skills:
•Code 08 Drivers License
•At least 2 years General administrative or relevant experience required
•Competent in Microsoft Office (excel, word, powerpoint)
•Previous experience in project management
The candidate must be able to travel weekends/public holidays, as and when needed depending on the demands of the portfolio and operations of the business.
