Ecowize is looking to employ Supervisors to ensure safety management on sites, and when applicable, supervisory roles and responsibilities providing leadership to team on various projects.
The successful candidates must have a valid Rope Access certificate level 2 and 3, with a medical certificate.

•Ensure operational efficiency with the implementation of the appropriate standards of safety and quality control in rope access activities,
according to Ecowize standards.
•Seek to continually improve existing safety systems and methods of work.
•Responsible for all cleaning services for clients e.g. silo cleaning, window washing and other cleaning services where working at heights are
•Maintain a good working relationship with client and team.
•Maintain the rope access equipment ensuring that the certification is kept up to date.
•Responsible for all equipment and the cleaning of equipment, also ensure that nothing is missing when requested to work on site.
•Ensure that existing and potential clients are kept informed of advancements to rope access services.
•Attend client meetings during the task planning or organizing period.
•Ensure quality standards are maintained so that the quality of service meets the necessary standards.
•Grade 12 or NQF 4 Certificate.
•Minimum of 1-year rope access experience.
•Experience in the supervision of a team.
•Valid Rope Access Certificate Level 2 and Level 3 are essential.
•Previous work experience in the Food Industry essential.
•Hours of work are not restricted to normal working hours – must have the ability to work additional hours and be flexible with working hours
•Self – starter.
•Good problem-solving ability.
•Ability to work independently.
•Ability to execute jobs according to the client and Ecowize standards.
•Good planning and time management skills are essential.
•Customer-centric with good interpersonal and communication skills.
•Ability to work under pressure in an extremely deadline-driven environment.
