•Complete all admin and support task to assist the business and the wider HR team
•To provide administrative support to the business, undertaking all administrative duties, including managing and processing documents, uploading and maintaining internal systems
• Coordination and administration of a range of activities and projects as directed. These will include administration activities to ensure the ongoing maintenance of accurate staff records and systems, acting as a central point of contact, coordinating the provision of management information and workforce metrics for the full spectrum of HR services activities.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
1.Relevant HR or Business Administration Diploma / Degree
2.At least 3 years, sound previous generalist experience of HR administration and collation of data for payroll, ideally in a professional services environment
3.Strong IT skills, proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite skilled and experienced in working with HR packages /databases
4.Extensive experience of a computerised payroll system is essential, Preferable SAGE 300 PEOPLE System
